1. Order Processing and Handling

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Pakistan public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. If there is an unexpected delay, we will reach out to you directly.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email your tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the confirmation email. You can monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking website.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

We ship internationally from Pakistan. Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes when it arrives in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

5. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us at contact@glamswear.com right away if you notice an error. Address changes are not possible once an order has shipped.
  • Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
